Well, weight back down to 244.0 this morning, PTL. Puts me back to where I was day before yesterday. Not losing, but not gaining. Next week, I will probably go back down to the 1,400-1,500's range to lose more quickly.

Hooray! I get to go grocery shopping today - at Food Lion AND at BJ's. Was waiting until the Discover billing period ended since it was really high this past month. Got an unexpected charge for $211 for Best Buy Geek Squad support. Gotta decide if I want to keep that or not. I haven't actually USED it the past couple of years.

Yesterday, I deleted about 1,000 pictures and videos from my computer because there wasn't sufficient memory to install an update. I still can't install Windows 11. My husband wants me to try a different operating system since everybody will have to get NEW computers in 2025 to be able to use Windows anymore. I'm not very tech savvy, so I don't know what using a new operating system will involve, but it doesn't sound like something I'm chomping at the bit to try.

Pool day today. I always have less calorie intake on pool days because I eat two country ham biscuits for lunch at the pool and they are less calories than whatever big meal I would be having with my husband during that time. Wonder what I'll do once pool season ends.

I'm about to run out of cooked butter beans. One, maybe two servings left. Debating on whether to make another double batch of butter beans (which I'm not tired of, even though I eat them for my dinner EVERY night), or whether I should make a double batch of Navy Beans. Hmmm. Decisions, decisions! Ok. Just asked my husband, and he votes for Navy Beans. Guess that's that, then.
110.7 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 42.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
