I haven't been drinking enough so trying to get back on track today. I don't like the scale going up but I think a lot of it is lack of hydration. I haven't been eating poorly.

Last night had some lean pork, salad, small portion of mashed taters and large serving of broccoli.

Hubs went to meet with the boss man and that went well he thought so he is planning to head back out tomorrow morning and hopefully be back in 2 weeks rather than 3. I'm not sure how it will go. He seemed good about it though.

We had a nice evening last night, then the lights went out but that kind of worked out for me. No Star Trek and no distractions.
52.6 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
