Not sure what's up with the weight increase this morning - up 4/10 of a pound. I'm sure it will go back down, though, because I've been doing really well on my eating plan. I'm on target to have less than 1,500 average calories per day for the week. That's the lowest I've had in the nine weeks!

Found some locally-grown Golden Zucchini Squash at Food Lion yesterday, and cooked them up with butter and Vidalia Onions. YUMM. They are delicious! The pork roast my daughter made was delicious but just a tad dry - nothing some pork gravy made from the pan drippings couldn't fix.

My husband has had a sore throat for the past couples of days, and he can't lay down or he starts coughing. SO, he is planted in the living room watching tv - in MY SPACE! He's watching Scooby Doo, which has always been especially annoying to me. Guess we're going to give him a covid test on the next commercial. A guy in our church discovered on Monday that he had covid - my husband talked to him for about 5 minutes at church on Sunday. So far, we have been VERY blessed that nobody in our small congregation had gotten covid.

Got some good cherries and a couple of ripe cantaloupes this morning.

Everything is going well (knock on wood).

If your husband happens to have Covid, sure glad it's just mainly a sore throat. It's great that you are able to keep your calories down, it's always a struggle. One pound a week loss is a reasonable goal, even though we may want to lose faster. Good work.

Thanks, @Snowwhite100. He tested negative. You're doing great on your weight loss, too.

Glad he tested negative, hope he recovers quickly. As for your little weight gain, my guess is it's just one of those things our bodies do, nothing serious, I'm sure you'll be down again in no time. Keep up the good work!
