Well, this is odd. Today I threw away the diet and had French toast with berries and maple syrup for brunch then a pie with mashed potatoes and veg for dinner. Snacks were 5 pieces of choc and champagne. I was expecting a weight gain. Maybe that will show up tomorrow 🤔
76.6 kg Lost so far: 15.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

sometimes you just need to shock your body, make a change, to see a result. Part of the "storing this for lean times" body process.

I was going to say the same thing as Lushy Alice! I believe it does shock your body and I actually lose weight when this happens.
