Good morning, everybody. Hope you're off to a good start on your day. I went to two stores for fruit this morning, and parked farther away than I had to. Tiny progress. Lost 2/10 of a pound this morning.

Today, I'm making a giant fruit salad. Honeydew, Pineapple, Cantaloupe and Watermelon. I haven't cut into them yet, but they all look like they'll be really good.

My granddaughter started at a new school about a mile from my house (20 minutes from HER house). My daughter drives her TO school on the days she has her, and I'm taking her home. Yesterday when I picked her up, I had a nice container of watermelon and cantaloupe, and a Slim Jim waiting for her in the car. She was really happy about that, and she needs to eat more healthy options, so I'll be making a little contribution to that about 3-4 times a week.

After about two months of my knee not hurting, it has flared up again and has been hurting for about a week. Not raining. Not particularly humid. Not exerting it in any way. Not sure what's up with that. Back to using the Diclofenac cream (which only helps a little bit).

Looking forward to Chinese Casserole for lunch. I increased the amount of celery, onions and sweet peppers in the recipe (and changed the calorie count accordingly in my FS Cook Book).

Got a full day of cutting up fruit ahead of me, lol.
109.6 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 41.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Your weight loss chart is looking awesome! You are doing great with your positive changes. Wish I could eat the fruit that you do, but those darn carbs are just plain evil for my body.

Yeah, the fruit was what I missed most when I was doing Keto. Even had to limit some very healthy vegetables because of carb content. At least you know what works for you, and you're doing it. Keep up the good work!
