Well. It's official. This is the heaviest I've been in just under 21 years.
I thought so, but then saw a picture of me yesterday, at school. OH. NO! It's going down!!

I need to use this space to keep me accountable.

Day 1.
8.37km walk.
Started off with two of my kids, after they basically dragged me out the door as soon as I got up! LOL.
I had to stop, about 300m down the road to remove the sand from last week's school camp from my shoes.
They got ahead, then waited, but they were on a mission, and I wasn't. So I let them go ahead. I took detours, hit the same end point, took some more detours (because I don't like repeating tracks) and finished at the same time as them, with my daughter only doing about 200m more than me! Son did about 2kms more because he came back to check on me twice. What a sweetie!
I set a good consistent pace. I enjoyed most of the walk (when I was just doing me, and son was checking in). ❤
My foot is sore (need thicker socks!), and I need a shower, but hey. I'm on my way. :)
80 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
