Hi Buenita! I am doing fine... working a bunch of hours! We have day shifts and night shifts going and I oversee my division. So...... was eating at weird hours all last week. I am down on the scale today and hoping that it will stay that way until I record weight again on Saturday!! Hope everything is going well in your world! (Your pics always make me want to copy you!!) 💪 💯 🌎 🫶 ☘️

Wow!!! 3dkids2 that's a lot but at least your doing great with keeping your weight down. Yes all is well so far in my world, got great lab results today, I just need to move my body more. im glad you like my food post, you can copy me anyday cuz I be throwing down lol, have a good day my friend.
