After pancakes for lunch, pie and veg for dinner then 2 freddo frogs I expected a greater weight gain. Phew!
76.2 kg Lost so far: 16.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Freddos are tiny, they don't do much. they have also shrunk by 3 grams in the last month!
