Today's weigh-in was quite a disappointment. I know I got in 48oz of water yesterday, but it was a lot less than I usually drink, and I think that is what was responsible for the big gain. Two days ago, I weighed a whole pound LESS than I did this morning. Oh well, nothing I can change, so I'll just move on. Maybe next Monday I'll get the 2-pound loss I was hoping for this week.

Well, I've been eating TWO Twix mini's a day ever since that first day I did it. Gotta stop that.

Oh, stats for last week. Average daily calories was 1,547. Total weight lost was 0.8 pounds. Total pounds lost only 19.8 pounds. (It WAS 20 pounds a couple days ago, sigh.)

Bought a honeydew and two (smallish) cantaloupes today for this week's fruit. Still meeting my fiber goal almost every day by eating my butter beans at night. Had carrots and green beans yesterday and today. Didn't stray from my 3-can/day Diet Coke limit this week (though there was a slight temptation the day that the police were called).

This week's menu will include Michael Angelo's Chicken Parmesan on Spaghettini, Bacon & Tomato sandwich, Pub-Style Cod, and Beef Stew. I think my husband is starting to like knowing what is ahead for the whole week. It really helps me to look at the week as a whole when planning my daily calorie intake.

I've been going up and down with the same pound all week Debbie, even though I'm eating right too. Some weeks are like that, but, we know that drop will come. Have a good week.
