Have my tastes really changed? I had a pumpkin spice iced coffee that I actually enjoyed. Usually I don't like the pumpkin spice coffee at all. I went to McDonald's and got a reasonable meal. Plan to eat lean and mean for supper. Hubs surprised me with being home this weekend. Praying for a good visit and no Hyde moments.
51.5 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@NAVYWIFESKI I am more or a Maple and Peppermint mocha girl but I have to say I was pretty impressed with my drink yesterday.

Good for you! 👍 I get a little dangerous in the Fall but thank goodness, it doesn’t last long!:) lol Plus, eating gf I am more limited.

Gluten free. 😞 I do make a gf pumpkin pie in a gf graham cracker crust that gets me my pie fix. Otherwise, I just eat the filling. Lol

@NAVYWIFESKI I try to stay away from gluten as much as I can. Not totally but I used to have rashes and when I went low carb, my rash went and I am pretty sure it was gluten. Hubs blamed my Bath and Body Works products. But I went back to the body washes and the rash didn't flare back up. The other night I ate a small bowl of corn flakes and 20 mins later I was itching.

Several years ago I just broke out in a rash. It was in May. I thought it was a heat rash all Summer but when Winter came I went to the dermatologist twice and got it figured out. Also, I had a doctor tell me that if you have any aches or pains to never, ever eat gluten.

@NAVYWIFESKI Wow I had a rash for about a decade and since it wasn't debilitating and I had no insurance I never sought treatment. I fell into low carb/gluten free and found relief.
