oh my lorde come onnnn
i have not managed to consistently lose weight, it's been like a yo-yo thing at 52-53kg for the past month or so T-T
what I think hurts most though is the fact that I had been at 51.9kg, and then in the space of three days gained it all back. it sucks because I know I have complete control; it's not my hormones or water retention or anything, it's all my terrible eating habits and binging
52.4 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week

It's hard when you are a healthy weight. Weight loss is easier when you have a long way to go and you see big results. I'm in the same boat, I'm close to goal, so my brain tells me "you can eat the chips and chocolate, you'll still be close to goal". Healthy eating takes practice, you're far from alone!
