ok...at the Dr's. office. 170.6 vs. 167.8-4 days ago (4.2 pounds). I weight myself in the mornings. It is 4pm right now. I'm going to weigh myself again in the morning for comparison...smh.
76.1 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
