I added rice, multigrain or rye bread and lentils (much abdominal gas) back into my diet and the weight has piled on again. Back to a low-starch diet I go.
83.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 1.4 kg a Week
