Ahh, that's better!! I was a bit concerned, after having pizza etc. after the school concert, and eating out last night but clearly I'm still eating way better than I was!
Perspective is interesting! Going down, 76 is great, and I feel pretty good.
I really notice when I've eaten extra carbs This is not something I've ever really been conscious about previously. Not only does my stomach bloat, but I don't sleep as well. Good to know!
Fat secret says 75.8 was my start weight... 2018. I was also there in October 2021. But THIS time, it was 80kg!! Anyway, I'm nearly back there, so onwards and down wards we go!!
