Finally hit my goal with 1 week left of the 90 day transformation challenge I think I still need to lose maybe a pound or 2 to really to be in the 6-8% bf. October 31 is the last day and I have until the 2nd Nov to submit my photos And I can’t wait for tomorrow it’s high carb day!
