A big week of work, morning teas, a cheat afternoon (in total and enjoyable solitude) and dinner and sleepover with my hubby (thanks to our sweet son). Happy to have maintained!

Cuppa with hubby, quick hello to some people I hadn't seen in a while, and lunch with my long lost cousin (combined with 57 minutes of walking into town and back).

I signed up for a NOOM trial. I'm already doing a lot of things correctly, but I'm interested I seeing what high/med/low cal density foods I'm eating, to help me see where I can Improve. The NOOM user interface is not as friendly as Fat Secret.... so, still here!!

76 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
