No fluid loss. out for dinner last night, a friend cooked a delicious meal with creamy mash and mustard sauce. I abstained from alcohol but did eat a Weis bar. It seems that sugar will always slow my weight loss. Today is a new day!😊
64.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
