Ate girls pizza scraps last night. Then tonight polished off Joy's dinner ayam noodles and turkey mince meatballs, sooo good to have a decent meal again! That was after tuna n avo sushi inside out roll pack at lunch, with a regular GJs chai (skim) ... So major pig out for me today, dunno why, wasn't hungry, just sick n irritable - over being sick IYKWIM? Mum is the Biatch from hell and it's EOFY which I get why she's being horrid but gah. Whoever made it my fault? Anyway so I decided some food might shake this bloody bug, but more likely all it'll shake is my weight, in an upwards directions fuck it. Still, the jeans fit. Yippee! A "normal" size - now having reviewed those lovely camel toed shots of spray on pants, it's time to a) loosen them up a bit, and b) make them too big! "it's a long way down.." amen.
68.4 kg Lost so far: 30.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hey hun...might feel like a major pig out but what you've eaten today would normally be for us safe foods. And yeah, your body needs it, your immune system needs it. It's easy to to restrict like hell when you don't feel so crappy. I ended up eating some more tonight in the hope that I can ward off whatever bugs are starting to creep up into my system. Give my immune system a fighting chance. Found a pair of old school 16's tonight, boy they were tight. Yes, the tofu miso soup is safe...a few more calories, but slightly less carbs than the woolies ones. Tried one tonight, not much tofu though.
