since im sick, i couldnt exercise yesterday. i ate under my calories (1600 of 1800) and maintained my weight! Finally im figuring this thing out.
85.5 kg Lost so far: 13.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
