Hit the Gym last night, felt good, slept late again, so need to somehow find a balance, Ketones at 1.8mmol which is lower than I expected.
148.5 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 61.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
