Week 171. Happy. Been on holiday this week so surprised it's not gone up, it's also done my mental health good. Onwards and downwards!
73.9 kg Lost so far: 67.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I eat mainly what I want within 1900 calories ( that is my boundary). I rob Peter to pay Paul on some meals (when I go out ) but usually my meals are the same & same size week in week out 😀👍
