Transformation Butterfly's Journal, 28 Oct 14

Okay I am up it's 4:00 am according to my alarm clocks. (Cellphone and bedside alarm clock. This way I hear them both 5 minutes apart no excuses and cellphone alarm keeps going until I turn it off)

I have already made my breakfast,my lunch and a smoothie as a snack to take to work with me. Now it's time to ride my stationary bike for 1 hour. I am currently watching Castle DVD first season (Love DVD's no food commercials) while I ride the bike as this keeps me from watching the monitor and waiting for the time to pass.

I will do my 30 day Shred exercises when I finish the bike.
