Feeling good, had a cheat day yesterday, forgot ketone meter at home so have no idea what my body is doing. I'll just stick to the weekly regimen that has been successful so far.
148.7 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 61.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
