going on 17 hrs fasting, I think i have pneumonia! seeing the doc at 9am. missing work today but i had a fever at 11p, and have to be fever free for a day.

84.0 kg Lost so far: 14.4 kg. Still to go: 0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 7.6 kg a Week

Uh-oh. Did you get one of those free Covid tests mailed to you? The virus that causes Covid can infect your lungs, causing pneumonia. So you may have to stay home longer than just today.
