Who would have thought? I went to a funeral today and the wake had plenty of nibblies then I had a rich coconut milk chickpea curry for dinner. I expected to put on weight.
75 kg Lost so far: 17.4 kg.    Still to go: 3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.8 kg a Week

Did you eat more fat and protein than carbs?

I didn't calorie count as it was a bit fiddly to calculate mini items such as a mini bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese or 1/4 of a sandwich then i didn't eat all my curry at dinner. I have no idea of the breakdown of my food for the day. Today I am trying to get below 75kgs
