My lungs have enjoyed a crunchy cold/flu/bronchitis kind of deal over the past week, and even though I've been sticking to my diet, my weight-loss progress has ploughed into a brick wall. I'm hoping things get back on track once I no longer feel the need to hack up a cup of lung butter every 15 minutes... Yeah, it's as gross as it sounds.
