I think walking 3 miles a day is better for my weight maintenance, but I can't always do it for weather and such. But glad the scale was in my favor this morning and I have adjusted my intake the last 4 days after pigging out last week.

I have had outings Tuesday, last night and will have one tonight. I need to catch up on housework. I think at lunch I will go home instead of walking and do some chores. The cat probably feels neglected because I haven't been home to sit with her.

I don't know when Hubs will be back. Trucking is not the best field right now. I am concerned about it. I have gotten used to him being gone, which is kind of disconcerting to be frank about it. I have been in a funk lately and I prefer to be in solitude during those times anyway.

As for my bestie that I cut ties with, I am feeling calmer. As much as I hate it went down that way. It was really dragging me down having negativity piled on when I am already a negative person by nature.

Onward and upward I guess.

Maybe you and the BFF just need a "pause." If she was going through some tough stuff of her own, she may have flailed around with you. I hope time will smooth things out. If not, it is a relief to let go when people's lives veer off in different directions. Wishing you peace.

@ustBananas Yes, she had a lot going on as did I. And the thing was that in May she called me on being a complainer and to stop around her. Then when I did the same thing she got mad at me. She had been angry since I got married 3/21. She was my maid of honor so it kind of sucks. Thanks, trying to keep busy.

@Navywifeski it is. My continued sadness in my marriage weighs on my mind. The bubbling in my mind and heart remains. I do wonder if I can stay with my husband but he has a lot of good qualities but the negatives really bother me .

I know what you mean. You think other stuff about someone else may bother you too? Something to think about as they all can have their issues. Lol

@NAVYWIFESKI I am feeling particularly hopeless about my marriage the last couple weeks. He has been on the road and I have kind of enjoyed it because my frustration with him is very high.
