Happy with weight-loss, Finally had a good sleep, slept at 9:30pm woke up at 6am but still feeling a bit tired, ketones at 0.7mmol. Yardwork will be my exercise today
146.8 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 59.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
