Two day theory stands.
Hope the bugs aren't hatching too quickly. Lemsip extra (with decongestant) or whatever it's called is the goods. Vicks is pretty awesome too. Bisolvon chesty comes in syrup or tiny tablets that you just take 2 every like 4hrs, pretty effective stuff. I ended up on the biotics cos it was sinus n went to my ears but hopefully your snotty junk will just go straight down eh! I think I'm on Klacid

Maybe I don't understand the two day theory, I'd be seriously happy with a 1/2kg loss! Yesterday morning I sounded like darth vader, but I have to say my body is fighting the bugs pretty well considering...so far anyways. Hopefully the anit-biotics will start clearing up your bug city.
