I’m working 7am - 8pm today. I was going to go to the gym after, but I think I’m going to skip it. My shoulder is hurting. I may have done too much this week. It means I don’t get my 7day badge on my watch which is a bummer but I’m still hoping I can close my move ring if not my exercise ring. Yesterday was a good food day. Only some salad as a main food, and coffee, and a few lollies. Somehow lollies are allowed. Not sure how since they’re empty cals and I don’t get a lot of bang for my buck, but I enjoy them. It’s a bit of really enjoying the few that I’m allowing myself at the moment. I didn’t actually weigh myself today, so I’m just leaving it the same - I suspect I’ve lost but want to leave it longer to get a bigger drop. I also don’t want to do it too often.
