Made it into the healthy weight range. Now just to stay here. The way I ate today though, that won’t be happening. Pigged out and didn’t go to the gym.
A yoghurt (100)
Lunch tub of carrot, cucumber and sweet potato (?)
Another yoghurt (100)
More salad - cucumber, carrot, lettuce, capsicum
Three veggie sausages, an atkins endulge bar - they’re close enough to a snickers that I feel like I’ve just binged, maybe that’s why I’m feeling like such a pig.
I ordered some veggie convenience meals tonight. They’re under 400 cals a meal, so I thought I could have that as my main of the day and even a couple of yoghurts and salad, and I should still be under 800.
I didn’t go to the gym today. I like going and I feel so much better for it, and it’s dropping my weight really well, but I still struggle to -go- I need to make it the same time each day I think, which would be after school drop off, except tomorrow the new cleaner is coming. So I will have to go later. But I will have to go because I really don’t want to gain.
67.1 kg Lost so far: 31.7 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
