Happy with weight-loss, will set a few goals today as I cannot go through another binge Sunday and destroy all my hard work. Loving gym after 3 sessions, I think I might stick more to HIIT because its short sweet and shock to the body and I am also getting results. Previously I was just walking which has surprisingly done wonders for me. Ketones have increased to 1.3mmol. Hopefully I will get to a point where I do not measure ketones, I just know. However at this stage those readings have helped me a lot in terms of honing in on foods I can eat that I like and deceptive healthy foods as the reading is an indication of how my body handles food. My concentration is also through the roof so a good side benefit. My aim now is to lose at least 1.2kg by Monday morning, and I am leaving no stone unturned.
146 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 59 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
