Week 173. Not surprised. Got counselling on Tuesday, mental health still not great. Onwards and downwards!

You can do this. When you deal with your mental health. Try this, write it all down no matter how painful, read it back then burn it. Say to yourself out loud this is not me, this is not me. I am strong and happy and have a great life and a wonderful family and friends all around me. Remember this we Don't know you personally but we are all behind you.Have a great Saturday. Merry Mel 🤩
