Small weightloss, however I am very happy as I was not expecting it after having pork ribs really late for dinner last night, I cooked them well and all the fat melted and taste was just roo much. Did not measure ketones as I forgot until it was too late. Will try and have a produtive Saturday and eat as best I can.
145 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 58 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks, just taking each day at a time, this weightloss thing is hard, so try to reflect each day and make the best of the situation.
