Good Sunday to you all! How many are joining me in going to church this morning. Just for fun, tell me what church you go to and where it is. I go to Harvest Baptist Church in Sandston, Virginia, USA. My husband is the Pastor. We are a very small church - only 20 people on a Sunday morning. But, the Lord provides for all our needs.

Had the other egg and two pieces of bacon from my Cracker Barrel Mama's Pancake Breakfast this morning on two slices of white bread with a Tbsp. of Duke's mayonnaise (die hard Duke's fan here!) Second day without my Dave's Killer Good Seed Bread and butter!

DID complete my walking yesterday. Thanks for all the support!!! I also got my Voltaren Emulgen 2.32% Diclofenac gel from Canada yesterday! I'm going to use it this morning. You only use half as much per application as the 1% gel, and you can only use it twice a day (with 12 hours in between) - I would use the other 2-3 times in a 12-hour period. I don't use it at night because, unless it is an exceptionally bad knee day, the pain doesn't keep me from being able to sleep. I'll keep you posted on how effective this higher dose is! I'm very excited to try it!

Got my menu planned for next week. Dinner will always be butter beans. Breakfast will sometimes be Dave's Killer Good Seed Bread with butter, and sometimes I will have egg with Smithfield Anytime Hamsteak. Snacks will always be melons (200g) with 1/4 of a KitKat bar. BUT, my daughter is making creme brulee this week, so I will add that on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. So happy now that I found out it is really "only" 217 calories a serving instead of over 300 as I had been counting it all along!!!

Monday lunch Gorton's Pub-Style Cod with tartar sauce and string beans. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Chinese Casserole. Friday Outback Steakhouse (was gifted a $100 gift certificate). Am having a slice or two of their bread with butter, the whole side salad with ranch dressing, one half of a loaded baked potato, and a 6-oz Victoria's filet Mignon. Saturday and Sunday will be 1/2 of Cracker Barrel Homestyle Chicken and a side of cooked carrots. The calorie count for that has been changed from 350+ calories per breast to 530 calories! UGH. Oh well. You win some, you lose some!

Debating on how many calories/day to set my goal for the upcoming week. I think I'm going to go down just slightly, from 1,550 to 1,500.

Weight was up slightly this morning, from 226.4 to 226.6 - digestion-related. Hoping tomorrow will be down some more for weigh-in. I would love for it to be down to 226.0, which would be a 1.6-pound loss for the week!

OK, going to apply the new 2.32% Voltaren and get in my first 1/2-mile walking stint! Have a good day!
