Well this could be a difficult few days!
TJ 75 today! Me 74 tomorrow!
Party next Saturday! But I will endeavour to be very contentious with my food choices ! At least for the days we are not eating cake! Wish me luck please.
I am very gradually getting down from my covid stay at home weight of 92kg.
83.7 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
