It's always good to see a positive.
Life is a bit wild/hectic/scary for my partner and I as she is in the hospital with anaemia and a very low red blood cell count due to a currently unknown reason.
I've been finding it easier to eat a little less and not stuff myself as much. So I feel like my stomach is strinking which helps. I am pretty sure I stress eat as in the past I used it for comfort and enjoying tasty sweets took my mind off stuff, it's tricky business losing weight. Life can give you a kick and make those old habits seem appealing.
I'm hoping for another good week and I'm going to try and make it happen.
