Slept a bit less than 5hrs however I am feeling good, but I have probably short changed myself so I will have to catch up on the sleep. Getting intobthis HIIT thing, Sprint 12-15 seconds, slow jog/walk 45 seconds repeat until you hit 25 mins, keeps heartrate between 150 and 185, without killing yourself. Ketones at 2.3mmols which is the highest I have ever achieved. My brother is coming for a visit for next 4 days, I will have to plan my meals and be strong otherwise I will derail the good work but easier said than done.
143.5 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 56.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
