Happy Weekend my Peeps!

Just for Today, I Commit to Staying on my Food Plan. (18/6 IF)

Well, shockingly enough I hit another low in recent history! So, I logged it.

It looks like a gain - because I am almost back to where I was before and now I forge down until I get to my real goal in the next six months...24 weeks to drop 26 pounds, or more, is totally possible!

SO<>>>><<< it is a victory to be close to back where I was before I lost my mind and started gaining. AND, NSV includes zipping up the smaller pants now!

It comes down to one thing; how bad do you want it?

Calorie Deficit, Protein and Weight training....top three items!

So ambitious. I'm just trying to not gain a pound a week for the next 6 weeks! What pulls you to the idiot box? I like movies and spend a lot of time on YouTube "researching" gardening and cooking topics.
