Weight up, could not do anything to stop that, did my HIIT twice, but I guess had a few too many calories compared to my usual. I will try and keep it clean today. My other problem is I bought 21.9 kg of pork ribs since my brother was in town so will have to look to freeze these until later.
142.8 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 55.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
