Nice results!! I must get a bit more focussed on ketogenesis. Bought some test strips about a week ago, have hardly used them.

Definetly, test strips are great, thats how I started but to get them purple initially is tough. I now use a finger prick blood ketone meter. Brand is Freestyle Optium Neo, and I have the FastClix lancer since I have a needle/prick phobia. Tried other brands however the Freestyle meter is by far the best, good luck. If you need any help whatsoever I am ready to help, Cheers

Great work! I’m going to give the strips a go too I’ll speak to the pharmacist and at least have a little idea lol 😂 keep it up All

Thanks, I think talking to your pharmacist is a great idea, knowing whether or not your body is in ketosis is a game changer in the weightloss battle, it helps me time cheat days, for example if my ketones are greater than 1.3mmol (I use the blood meter) then forget cheating, if I have fallen of the wagon 0.3mmol, I will allow myself a bad day refeeding the body and pick up the next day. To date I am yet to reach a plateau ( touch wood) so method must work somehow.
