Woke up at 4:45am feeling ok, showered hit the gym eliptical machines kept heart rate between 130 and 150. As time went on started feeling great, I was glad I decided to do an easy session instead of a class. The gym class would have sent stress levels peaking which would be counter productive to weightloss. I find my body needs peace, harmony and organisation to strive otherwise I plateau. Happy with weightloss, ketones now at 3.7mmol which is a whopper.
