Just had NYSAIS Championships,ran in coming in at fifth with a 5K time of 19:45. Cutting for XC was hard, but bulking for swimming is going to be even harder!
59.2 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
