Another week down. Probably need to add back the exercise to move it more quickly... but I don't keep it up, so if the eating helps I'll take it slow. Body shape is definitely changing :)

I'm back to where I was in June, and February of last year.
73 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
