Had one of the best sleeps I have had in a long time, Slept at 9:40pm woke up at 7:30am, then hit the gym at 10. Ketones currently 2.6mmol so there will be no cheat weekend for me.
140 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 53 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
