Was not really happy with the weightloss to effort ratio put in a lot of work yesterday. Wanted to do a cheat day today however ketones where at 2.4mmol which os a no no for a cheat day so soldiering on.
139.9 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 52.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
