Work trip last contributed to increase as I was unable to measure and ate out a few times which also got me out of the habit of properly recording entries. Disappointing but back onto a more strict regime today.
82.8 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
