Sat to sat down 4lbs. Not too bad for my 20th Saturday weigh in. This WOE is completely sustainable.
94.8 kg Lost so far: 32.7 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you JB, should be 195-197 on 12/31. I can’t control what my body of course. I can control what goes in and what movement I put into it. Haven’t plateaued “yet”. Steady progress feels amazing.
