Disappointed but not surprised. I always seem to bounce back up a little on a Monday. More food and always plenty of alcohol, so no wonder. Def like Friday weigh ins best 😀Got up at 5am this morning and went for a walk, getting 10000 steps in when I’m stuck at a desk all day is going to be difficult, so that’s 2500 down.
84 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
