Mixed feelings about weight gain, I had a great weekend, surprised I am still in ketosis after corn and BBq yesterday, Ketones at 2.2mmol. Will see what tommorrow look like
138 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 51 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi, just a thumb prick using the Accu-chek fastclix squeeze finger, then put blood in ketone measuring pad. Not sure how I can send a pic as this will tell a thousand words.

Thanks 8pack, I’m sure to figure it out. So what I’ve read is you want between 2-3 reading? And did you say one day that you hadn’t eaten enough? How does that work?

Hi Triehard, if you do not eat enough your metabolism slows down, your body goes into starvation, which may lose you weight initially but kills progressive weight loss. So its a balance. Also my ketones tend to drop as measured. I will try post my setup. Cheers

Thanks. Generally I have had no appetite. Until today, and I was ravenous, so keto went out the window and sausage.rolls and party pies flew in 🤣
